Electric rolling shutter doors are also changing step by step with technology, from the original simple electric rolling shutter doors. Now, in order to consider some practical requirements, such as "more safety", this time Xiyangyang Electromechanical Factory has brought a "safety device" that can achieve stop/rebound when encountering resistance. What does it mean? It means adding a safety device on the basis of the original electric rolling shutter door, so that the rolling shutter door will automatically stop descending in some emergency situations.
How to use the electronic remote control for the Xiyangyang rolling shutter motor:
1. Plug the two-pin power cord of the motor into the two sockets of the remote control; plug the remote control plug of the rolling shutter motor into the remote control; then, plug the two plugs on the remote control into the empty 220V socket of the household.
2. The gear of this remote control is set to 8 gears in total, and the default setting is 5 gears when leaving the factory.
(Note: The gear setting of the remote control for the obstruction stop is based on the door width: the normal 8~15 square meters door is generally set between 5~6 gears, and the 15~20 square meters door is generally set to 7~8 gears).
3. After the first installation is completed, turn on the power. Test run it first.
Step 1: Let the door body run from the upper limit to the lower limit to confirm whether it will stop automatically during the descent of the door body. The door body starts to descend, and after hearing a "beep", the door body automatically enters the obstruction stop detection state.
Step 2: The door body will not stop during the descent. It is testing the function key of the stop function when encountering an obstacle. If the door body stops automatically during the descent process and emits a "beep-beep-beep" prompt sound. At this time, you need to enter the gear adjustment state. At this time, you need to increase the gear until the door body does not stop automatically when it descends.
Step 3: The remote control gear adjustment method for stopping when encountering an obstacle: first press the lock key, then press and hold the "up" and "down" keys for 3 seconds at the same time. The buzzer sounds a few times, which means the gear is at this time. At this time, enter the gear setting state. Press and hold the "lock" and "up" keys for 2 seconds at the same time to increase the gear. Press and hold the "lock" and "down" keys for 2 seconds at the same time to reduce the gear. Press and hold the "lock" and "stop" keys at the same time to turn on and off the stop function when encountering an obstacle. If there is no operation within 5 seconds, the buzzer will beep quickly and automatically exit the setting state.
The lowest gear is 3 and the highest gear is 8.
4. When the door body is in the process of descending, it will emit a continuous beeping sound after pressing the object and encountering an obstacle. At this time, the rolling door will not drop when the down button is pressed, protecting the door body and the object to avoid secondary damage. You can only press the up button and the door body will move upward for 5 seconds, then press the stop button to work normally.
5. The range of use of gears 3 to 8: the smaller the door body, the smaller the gear, and the larger the door body, the larger the gear.
