Electric rolling door is also changing step by step with science and technology, from the original simple electric rolling door. Now, in order to consider some practical requirements, such as "more safety", this time, Xiyangyang Electromechanical Factory has brought a "safety device" that can achieve stop/rebound when encountering obstacles. What does it mean? It means adding a safety device to the original electric rolling door, so that the rolling door will automatically stop descending in some emergency situations.
The safety device of stop when encountering obstacles + anti-theft alarm is aimed at the psychology of thieves. In the initial stage of the thief's crime, it will be discovered and an alarm will be sounded with a high-pitched speaker of up to 120 decibels, so that the thief will flee when he hears the sound. It prevents the thief from causing personal injury to the victim in panic when he is close to the victim.
The installation is simple and easy. The specific installation method is as follows:
1. Raise the rolling door to a position suitable for drilling holes with a handheld electric drill.
2. Align the horizontal centerline position of the stop device with the midpoint position of the width of the rolling door sheet, and use a marker to mark the position of the door panel to be drilled in order to fix the stop body.
3. After fixing the stop body in the horizontal direction, find the position of the stop block in the horizontal position. In order to drill and fix the block.
4. Determine the position of the block: move up and down, adjust the block horizontally until it slightly touches the roller of the micro switch, and note the drilling position of the block. Drill and fix the block.
5. The rolling door descends to the normal closed position, and then approaches the stop body, on the side with the micro switch. Fix the magnet on the rolling door guide groove. The distance between the magnet and the micro switch should be carefully determined. When the magnet approaches the stop body, the indicator light on the micro switch circuit board will light up, and when it leaves, the indicator light will go out. The distance position is based on the time when the indicator light will light up when the magnet just approaches the body of the door when it encounters an obstacle. Fix the position of the magnet. As shown in the figure:
6. Test run, use two remote control handles to try, and hold the door panel with your hands when the rolling door goes down. Can the rolling door machine stop? And sound an alarm. Try whether the two handles rise, stop, and fall, and they can work normally.

Precautions for installation of anti-bounce debugging when encountering obstacles:
1: The guide groove should be as narrow as possible, and the door sheet is not easy to swing back and forth, ensuring the sensitivity of the door magnetic induction.
2: After two consecutive ups and downs, the magnet can be reliably sensed, and the indicator light will light up, refer to the video.
3: The transmitter with a protrusion is installed on the left side of the door to sense the magnet, and as close to the magnet as possible. After the door is closed, the distance between the magnet and the protruding transmitter is controlled at 5 to 8 cm, refer to the installation picture.
4: Pay attention to the magnet direction arrow on the guide groove, and the arrow is facing the sensor.
